FOR BOILING SOYA
2 Cups Soya Chunks
4 Cups Water
1 Tbsp salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Vinegar
Coriander Stems
1 tsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 Tbsp Garlic Grated
1 Tbsp Ginger Grated
FOR COATING
1 tsp Black Pepper POwder
4 Tbsp Corn Starch
4 Tbsp Maida
Oil For Frying
FOR MAKING GRAVY
1 Onion Bulb
1/2 Capsicum
5 -6 Garlic Cloves Finely Chopped
1.5 inch Ginger Finely Chopped
Coriander Leaves
4 -5 Spring Onion
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
Cornstarch Slurry ( 1 Cup Water + 1 Tbsp Cornstarch )
1 Tbsp TOmato Ketchup
1 Laddle oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
