This video was a test. it wasn't easy for her kicking in heels. She hasn't done kickboxing for years, but we are grateful that she was willing to do the video. Unfortunately, I don't have anyone else on my team who is trained in martial arts at the moment. Hope we can find someone willing to do that for us.
