Bolovan makes awesome through balls that cut defences in half. Such an asset to have a midfield who will happily turn and take a risk with those sorts of balls. Really enjoyed our shape in this one.
Match of the season by far, we played so well, Toby got a fair few chances, but never gives up, their Goalie was very good didn't give Toby an easy chance stood tall till late. Probably a cross but such a good goal from Matty! And Mish just coming on and scoring so quick, absolutely brilliant from him. Super hyped to see Scotty again, hope he recovers from his injury fast and goes on to score a lot of goals! Also I saw Alex Teniola on Deal or No Deal today, it was crazy to see lol. Up the Tags #💛💙

That’s an amazing result against a quality side, you can’t even say they’re not their normal selves because Brackley are a very good cup team too. Remember their keeper Maxted from his Guiseley days in National League North & I think when they made it to National League. He’s played in the EFL, so a quality keeper. There was a time when I’d have been glad to have seen him in goal for Bradford City but we never went for him. And Brackley have been a top end side in NLN for quite a few years now. Surprised they’re still not in the National League more than anything.
Making changes to the squad was what made us change our performances. Bolovan and Mish need to start, no hate but Quba needs some bench time. And gidds despite from being a little bit short for a keeper which is why he concedes that second goal, he is really good, saved us a bunch of times
Definitely Hashtags best performance of the season and it could and should have been a bigger margin. To beat Brackley who are a fine side is brilliant and now go to Hampton and Richmond with confidence as Brackley are in my opinion a better team than Hampton even though they play in different leagues, up the Tags
big win, would have been much easier if you had a proper GK and the attack was more reliable, but the lads worked for it and got through thats the most important thing
Hashtag seriously need to consider a new striker. Could’ve had this game to bed in the first half if they had a decent striker putting them chances away. Fair play to Toby for continuing to run but a striker is there to score goals and Toby can’t do so, especially when he should be scoring

He is still an alright height his position sometimes is just woeful. James philip was a brilliant keeper for us but he wasnt very big
