Almond Briwat Recipe .Ramadan Special. Either during Ramadan, but also in all the celebrations, briouats are essential to the Moroccan table! These triangle shaped sweets are made with warka filled with almond paste and fried, and the best part, is that they are dipped in honey!
Igredients:English
-1 Roll pastilla dough, Warka, large circular size (you can replace it with phyllo dough)
-500g Almonds (200g Almond fry)
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/4 tsp Mastic gum
-2 tbsp Orange blossom water
-1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
-4 tbsp Melted butter
-Honey
-Sesame seeds
-2 tbsp Flour mix with Water
-Oil for frying
مكونات:Arabe
عجينة رول بسطيلا ، الوركاء ،
500 جرام لوز (200 جرام لوز مقلي)
-1/2 كوب سكر
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة علكة
2 ملعقة كبيرة ماء زهر
-1/2 ملعقة صغيرة قرفة مطحونة
-4 ملاعق كبيرة زبدة ذائبة
-عسل
-حبوب السمسم
2 ملعقة كبيرة طحين مخلوط بالماء
-زيت للقلي
Ingredientes:Español
-1 rollo de masa de pastilla, Warka, tamaño circular grande (puede reemplazarla con masa filo)
-500g de almendras (200g de almendras fritas)
-1/2 taza de azúcar
-1/4 cucharadita de masilla
-2 cucharadas de agua de azahar
-1/2 cucharadita de canela molida
-4 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida
-Miel
-Semillas de sésamo
-2 cucharadas de mezcla de harina con agua
-Aceite para freír
