You know this has been in my head for so long and yet I couldn't remember this show and it was driving me crazy trying to remember it. Finally, I stumble across the name and it comes back to me! This definitely brings back quite a few memories.
It did? I never saw this on PBS. For me this was on the Saturday Morning Kid's Block for TBN same for Kid's Club, The Knock Knock Show, Gospel Bill, and Greatest Stories from the Bible.
I remember watching the Reppies on TBN on Saturday mornings! I didn’t know it wasn’t Christian based until I saw the Hugs and Kisses Tour on UA-cam! I wonder if anybody has the PBS episodes especially the ones that weren’t dubbed for TBN!
Jason: Hey that's not a bad idea Razz. Little bad wolf how would you like to sit in and make music with our band? LBW: You want me to be in your band!? Tessa: What do you say LBW: I say...............what's a band Jason: oh it's our musical group you see *Razz* and *I* play *Guitar*, *Derango* Plays *Drums*, *Tessa* plays *Keyboard*, *My brother Chris* plays *Keyboard/Keytar*, *Lobo* Plays the *Saxophone* and *Bumba* Dances and we all make music together *WE'RE A BAND* :)
Elizabeth II What would your Reppies script would be like? (The script idea can be either Little Bad Wolf becoming part of the band with introduction of the group and what they play or rehearsing for a new hit song and Bumba runs late by accident)
Bumba Has A Sick Razz : Bumba Tessa: Bumba What's The Matter? Bumba : I Got A Whole Sickness Just Like Ms Summerhaze Razz : Why No Sickness? Bumba : Where Gonna Be Home Someday And Maybe Not Together I Missed You Already Razz : Silly Where Not Going Anywhere Without You Bumba : My Pet's Too? Tessa : We Promise Bumba : Good Ms Summerhaze Has A Whole Ocean - Tweener And Her Chicken Dog's
+Rick Tell thats what i thought too. i used to watch this on PBS like in 96 or 97? and i dont remember all this religious nonsense in there...did tbn buy out the reppies or something?
+Rick Tell Well,I'm really sorry that TBN ruined the creativity of the songs. I thought they just took old episodes and redid some of the episodes just for their station. I didn't know they just straight up changed everything mid production. If it makes you feel any better, if it wasn't for my upbringing, I wouldn't have ever found this awesome show. And seeing how there is hardly any information about this show, I probably wouldn't ever been able to find it.
Oh, man, I LOVE this one song "Green Revolution". Only saw the episode it was in one time, and have never heard that song again (you'd think it would be on youtube, but nope). You did an awesome job on that one, turning an environmental song into something catchy and excellently paced, while still keeping the environmental message and not nagging. I think the religious remake changed it to "Great Revolution", and made it about joining God's "army" or something.

Picture Perfect
Bumba Has A Sick
Razz : Bumba
Tessa: Bumba What's The Matter?
Bumba : I Got A Whole Sickness Just Like Ms Summerhaze
Razz : Why No Sickness?
Bumba : Where Gonna Be Home Someday And Maybe Not Together I Missed You Already
Razz : Silly Where Not Going Anywhere Without You
Bumba : My Pet's Too?
Tessa : We Promise
Bumba : Good Ms Summerhaze Has A Whole Ocean - Tweener And Her Chicken Dog's
Elizabeth II That's Really neat I like that :)
I produced the music. Originally the lyrics were not "Christianized" it was about environment and social values.

+spiral hill
yes tbn ruined it creatively (new lyrics yuck) but I made better royalties as PBS has a deal to pay much less

It wasn't changed until a while after it finished it's run on pbs syndication.on pbs it was the with the original lyrics/vocals.

I was the original Razz...good times!
Razz reminds me of Michael Landon
After the Christian reboot, I see.
why was this turned into a christian show?
I wish The Reppies were getting a revival instead of Barney this year.
I never seen it I like reptilian animals
I like bumba she’s cute in diaper
I always hated "every move I make" by David Crowder because it reminded me I'm not listening to this song.
Lobo, Razz, Tessa, Bumba, DerRango.😎😎😎😍😍
