God, I love Rutger Hauer. And I agree, first Blade Runner is perfect. This new one doesn't come close.
If you love Rutger Hauer, you'll enjoy "Blonde and Blue Eyes." A casual, unscripted documentary about him touching upon his life, career, home, marraige, thoughts. And he's the speaker. It's a treat.
MB, thank you so much. I actually did see it the other day and truly enjoyed it. He's such a handsome man, with so much depth and character. Very unique person.

I agree he is, or was.
He recently passed away at age 75.
The way he portrayed his characters ruled. I mean.. his presence made each movie a succes.
This authentic, creative and beautiful man will be sorely missed.
@@MB-vu3ow Where could I possibly find this documentary?Could you Please send me the link?

Happy 75th Birthday Rutger Hauer

@@thothoriskuriakidis1327 I found that one when I listened closer. ,(The)
it was also the text on his obituary
I like how Rutger is still himself, he's let himself age, no stupid weird looking plastic face like John Travolta or something.
I am thinking Rutger wasn't feeling so well. That's why he's pissed off. Rutger was normally a very very warm guy it seems ..his Dutch interviews are priceless heartwarming! Rutger was so loved and will be very much missed.
Rutger Hauer is THE VERY BESTin Blade Runner. No objection accepted.
This clip needs more commercials...
I agree. BR is my favorite movie of all time. BR 2049 was really good, not great, and certainly not a masterpiece like the original. But, imagine BR without Mr. Hauer, RIP. Would it still be a masterpiece? No way. He is the heart soul of that movie.
Blade runner 2 should have had a clone of Roy batty. Really screwed with this situation. That would have been freaking cool. Damn it! He passed on. Accolades to you sir. Rip
A clone of Roy could be played by Paul Bettany. Paul looked similar in Da Vinci Code as Silas except Silas was sick looking.
@@desertrose1226 I don't know if we can get the '90s chemistry back. Everything's all CGI! Things got to get better in the Hollywood! Acting ,that's what it's all about!🪶 How they forget Shakespeare and the classics!🪶
These lines transcends then (without knowing what they meant) and will transcend in future (knowing what we have lost and never can get back). It's very curious he died before the Covid year. Alsmost unacceptable. But the sea beams I always remember.
Are you excited about Blade Runner 2?
it was good ,very good in Imax
Not really. I'm so sick of these sequels.
Beautiful Rutger deserved a Fantastic Cameo!!!
Blade Runner 2 sucks. I cannot stand Ryan Gosling.
The movie business has just developed a huge void r i p rutger you were one of a kind
🙏😔
great, bla bla bla bla :))))
He seems like kind of a dick about it.
Maybe Mr Hauer just gets sick of the same questions about blade runner sometimes, but I know I'd be scared of him if I saw him, seems to be a really nice down to earth guy, but something about him is scary.
@@desertrose1226 Oh and miss his smile:), and twinkle in his beautiful blue eyes Mysterious Egnimatic Beautiful!
It's unfortunate a rat was chewing on the microphones cords.
