Zane! Fellow anxiety girly here, my doctor had me take a test called Genesight, it’s a DNA test with an oral swab to see what kind of meds interact best with your genes. I found out I was on the wrong meds. Changed my life. Something to look into if you aren’t liking your meds
Is it mostly for anxiety? I think I have anxiety officially now but not officially diagnosed and I think I may should try a diff or higher dosage of my adhd medication because I’m severely adhd.. I wonder if you can become anxious (enough to needs meds) with age and stress. I’ve been prescribed a medication for quitting smoking that also is an antidepressant & said sometimes used for anxiety but I couldn’t keep taking it within a week of starting, because it was making me either not able to sleep or once I would get to sleep, I was in a deep sleep to where I couldn’t wake up (can’t have that with a baby). Sorry to write so much, but I’ve never heard of Genesjght!
@@Bella51977 it’s for any mental health drugs I forget the technical term. But it tests for anyipsychotics, antidepressants, anti anxiety and all that kind of stuff. Ask your doctor! It’s not cheap but it’s worth it to be on the right meds
Heath! Tell Mariah (or Mariah if you’re reading comments hi) buy magnesium spray for your feet and massage it in before a shower! It helps my restless leg syndrome so much. Magnesium in general (glycinate or citrate mix )

alaskan here and i promise people do actually live here 😭 and barely anyone actually owns their own planes lolll. and with the darkness thing, during the winters, we have just short days. so like 5-6 hours of daylight and that’s it. not complete darkness unless you’re super far north in the rural areas
