The two episodes from the Classic Clues tape didn't air on TV until August 1st, 2006 and as for a fun fact about the Reading With Blue tape, it was released on my third birthday (May 7th, 2002).
Great VHS collection Fabian! Also about Blue’s Discoveries 1999 VHS, I do find it weird that it just says “Discoveries” on the sticker label of your orange tape copy! I did used to have the orange tape copy of that release but it broke, and my copy did say “Blue’s Discoveries” on the sticker label and yes it did have the colored text and had a print date of the 37th week of 1999! I should’ve asked you this as well, on your recorded Joe tape, which episode was from Nick Jr?
Will you be preserving your Blockbuster Exclusive VHS tapes at some point? Archiving stuff like this is very important for media preservation. And with how little to see the tapes now and then, it wouldn't hurt to rip and preserve your collection while they're still playable. Perhaps investing in a good capture card system would be a good idea, just so you can have high quality rips of your tapes that you can do whatever you'd like with. Maybe even upload to the internet to the world to see. I would love to be able to watch your tapes and see how they were able to combine 2 retail releases into 1 tape. 😀
