I've just discovered your channel and black seed oil. After 13 years on insulin (no diabetes ever in family) I decided to change my diet and do a turpentine protocol. P.S. I love that you've extended BSO use to your animals. Don't know if this was what helped me, but back a few years I had Chronic Hives, like having Shingles but for a much longer time. Some days I would be on the floor in pain that wouldn't go away. I was about 1 year and half having it and took medicine which did work at first but started to fade. I tried Black Seed Oil and it helped and in a few months it went away. I never told my doctor in fear he would say that was stupid. He claimed it burned it's self out, I don't know if that was the case or the Black Seed oil helped ? But I read Black Seed oil helps autoimmune problems and my Chronic Hives was calmed by my doctor as that.
Oh that sounds like it was black seed oil for sure! While I'm not against doctors and I do believe doctors have a purpose and we should definitely be wise and smart about seeing doctors, a lot of doctors do not promote natural remedies. I'm very happy either way, that you were able to take care of yourself and get healthy.

In addition, I haven’t tested my white blood cell count, so there’s no way of knowing. I would like to add that there’s no one single ingredient or product that is a miracle. Having a diet that is rich in nutrients and free of ultra processed foods is key. There’s something to be said about how the centenarians are living their life in the blue zones. Those are the people that we need to be looking at for how to live our lives and what foods to eat.

Thanks for the informative vid regarding using black seed for colds. I produce my own oil from Black Seeds that I import and press, use the oil both for internally and skin application. By pressing the oil myself I'm assured of the purity and it must be the strongest concentration. The one downside is that if I don't go to length to well filter the pressed oil, the seed residue that can be slightly mixed in with the oil tends to be a bit harsh and burns my throat a bit, or unpleasant for a time in the nose if using the drops for allergy prevention. Well filtered, the strong concentration isn't so bad to take, not exactly tasty, but tolerable.

Alot of people don't like the taste, but I find it quite delicious, pungent and a bit peppery on the throat, but delicious anyway. Also if you have symptoms of something eg sore throat can you double the regular dose?
Well, well that's really good that you enjoy the taste! So if you were sick or have symptoms then I would recommend taking it three times a day but no more because it is pretty potent. Like if you feel like you're getting a sore throat , etc.

Though black seed oil is good for many diseases and other problems with hair or skin, it does have side effects. I personally experienced it. When I applied black seed oil on my skin, It caused contact dermatitis☹. It's been 3 days since I am taking it orally. I don't know if it causes contact dermatitis even if I take it orally besides applying on my skin. I am suffering with dermatitis now, so can't say if oral consumption also causes dermatitis or not. Also, it may suit some while for some, it may not. I just want everyone to be careful before using any new product.
I'm sorry to hear that! Just like with anything, if people are allergic to cumin seeds, they would not want to take it. So yes, if you have an allergy to it, there will be side effects.
Usually I put plantain with my yogurt but whatever. I added nuts to it. You can still taste the oil but not as strong. I think it's best to have the black seed oil with the meals. That way you can wash away the bitter taste easier. I just hope I don't have a sore throat afterwards.. I am gonna wash it down with plenty of tea.

Well a cold is from a virus but if one doesn't eat eat properly and they don't have a good amount of nutrients then it can definitely lower their immune system.
Khaos969 there is nothing wrong with you. I literally did not get sick until I started eating more fast food vs whole food. When I stopped the viruses stopped. It’s called inflammation from processed food

Kind of a contradiction to say "prevent" colds and flus by taking a teaspoon a day, BUT when you do get a cold, then black seed oil will help it heal faster. So how good was it as a preventive if you catch a cold anyway....?!. My daily tonic which has prevented colds for 15 years is apple cider vinegar and honey.
Nothing is 100% and set in stone in life. I have been able to prevent colds by this. What I said is not contradictory but it's giving examples of how to use black seed oil. Not everybody is going to take it every day. But here is a great example: when I went on vacation, I didn't bring any black seed oil and when I got back, I'm assuming from the plane ride, I started to develop a cold, so I started taking black seed oil and it did help it heal faster. That's great that you have been able to prevent colds for 15 years with apple cider vinegar and honey! 😊

Hi there...regarding your dog, feed him v dog dry dog food (the nuggets not muesli as the muesli gives runny poops lol) ...his allergies are likely caused by the hormones in the meat that's in his dog food. My dogs health totally 100% improved in a week.
Thanks, my dog is actually allergic to grass outside. I have since switched her food to a fish only diet so she doesn't have any hormones in it. The mix also has a lot of good healthy vegetables healthy bacteria and fruit.

I am trying the capsules but for some reason I can still feel it in my throat. I think I should just take one at night until I finish the bottle/ Just to see if it does anything to me and no it hasn''t done it s miracle yet. The capsule releases the oil in my stomach all at once. It makes me burp and that is where I can taste it in my throat. It doesn't irritate or cause any pain in my throat yet. Capsule or spoon, it's a no win win situation. You are gonna taste it regardless but at least it's not as bad with the capsules.

I would start with 1/2 a teaspoon. I would take 1/2 a teaspoon after you eat breakfast and then take another half teaspoon before bed and do that for a week and see how you feel.

Thanks for sharing. You are absolutely GORGEOUS! :-) The only problem that I have with this brand is that it is from Bangladesh and processed in Germany. I have researched almost all of the oil companies and I think that "Sweet Sunnahs" brand oil is better than this brand and is manufactured in the USA.
I used it on one of my ducks who was near death and stopped walking. I suspected it was a accidental ingestion of mold spores from some hay that was in the yard. She ended up surviving and walking again! Like nothing ever happened. I also used on my dogs to help with allergy symptoms and a yeast infection.
Well the yogurt helped. My throat is not sore anymore. I think the oil is just too strong. Take it with meals. If you use yogurt like I did mix some fruit. cherries. strawberries,/ My favorite is plantain with nuts and a banana. That will hide the taste for sure or as little as possible. Even half a teaspoon of that oil is way too strong

I've just discovered your channel and black seed oil. After 13 years on insulin (no diabetes ever in family) I decided to change my diet and do a turpentine protocol. The blessed seed is the best on the market in my opinion and I've tried several brands. I can actually feel it working when I take it..it makes me feel good. P.S. I love that you've extended BSO use to your animals. I find that my cats (who hunt outdoors a lot because of where we live) pick up fleas which only cluster around the ears (the body stays flea-free!), and plain E. V. olive oil treats them beautifully when locally applied. The CHEMICAL vet option actually doesn't, and isn't even necessary on these occasions. I will try this next time.

My health food store guy suggested it. I made a salad dressing of two spoons of black seed oil, two of light olive oil and four of white wine vinegar. Not bad at all. Everyone said it tastes nasty. Just started so we’ll see how it does.

Don't know if this was what helped me, but back a few years I had Chronic Hives, like having Shingles but for a much longer time. Some days I would be on the floor in pain that wouldn't go away. I was about 1 year and half having it and took medicine which did work at first but started to fade. I tried Black Seed Oil and it helped and in a few months it went away. I never told my doctor in fear he would say that was stupid. He claimed it burned it's self out, I don't know if that was the case or the Black Seed oil helped ? But I read Black Seed oil helps autoimmune problems and my Chronic Hives was calmed by my doctor as that.
Oh that sounds like it was black seed oil for sure! While I'm not against doctors and I do believe doctors have a purpose and we should definitely be wise and smart about seeing doctors, a lot of doctors do not promote natural remedies. I'm very happy either way, that you were able to take care of yourself and get healthy.

@PerSonalFeeling this video was done a long time ago. I cycle off between having it every day and then not having it for months. In addition, I haven’t tested my white blood cell count, so there’s no way of knowing.
I would like to add that there’s no one single ingredient or product that is a miracle. Having a diet that is rich in nutrients and free of ultra processed foods is key. There’s something to be said about how the centenarians are living their life in the blue zones. Those are the people that we need to be looking at for how to live our lives and what foods to eat.

Thanks for the informative vid regarding using black seed for colds. I produce my own oil from Black Seeds that I import and press, use the oil both for internally and skin application. By pressing the oil myself I'm assured of the purity and it must be the strongest concentration. The one downside is that if I don't go to length to well filter the pressed oil, the seed residue that can be slightly mixed in with the oil tends to be a bit harsh and burns my throat a bit, or unpleasant for a time in the nose if using the drops for allergy prevention. Well filtered, the strong concentration isn't so bad to take, not exactly tasty, but tolerable.
Make sure they are ethiopian strong. That burning sensation is the cure.

Though black seed oil is good for many diseases and other problems with hair or skin, it does have side effects. I personally experienced it. When I applied black seed oil on my skin, It caused contact dermatitis☹. It's been 3 days since I am taking it orally. I don't know if it causes contact dermatitis even if I take it orally besides applying on my skin. I am suffering with dermatitis now, so can't say if oral consumption also causes dermatitis or not. Also, it may suit some while for some, it may not. I just want everyone to be careful before using any new product.

Usually I put plantain with my yogurt but whatever. I added nuts to it. You can still taste the oil but not as strong. I think it's best to have the black seed oil with the meals. That way you can wash away the bitter taste easier. I just hope I don't have a sore throat afterwards.. I am gonna wash it down with plenty of tea.

Kind of a contradiction to say "prevent" colds and flus by taking a teaspoon a day, BUT when you do get a cold, then black seed oil will help it heal faster. So how good was it as a preventive if you catch a cold anyway....?!. My daily tonic which has prevented colds for 15 years is apple cider vinegar and honey.
Nothing is 100% and set in stone in life. I have been able to prevent colds by this. What I said is not contradictory but it's giving examples of how to use black seed oil. Not everybody is going to take it every day. But here is a great example: when I went on vacation, I didn't bring any black seed oil and when I got back, I'm assuming from the plane ride, I started to develop a cold, so I started taking black seed oil and it did help it heal faster. That's great that you have been able to prevent colds for 15 years with apple cider vinegar and honey! 😊

Hi there...regarding your dog, feed him v dog dry dog food (the nuggets not muesli as the muesli gives runny poops lol) ...his allergies are likely caused by the hormones in the meat that's in his dog food. My dogs health totally 100% improved in a week.
Thanks, my dog is actually allergic to grass outside. I have since switched her food to a fish only diet so she doesn't have any hormones in it. The mix also has a lot of good healthy vegetables healthy bacteria and fruit.

s miracle yet. The capsule releases the oil in my stomach all at once.
It makes me burp and that is where I can taste it in my throat.
It doesn't irritate or cause any pain in my throat yet. Capsule or spoon, it's a no win win situation. You are gonna taste it regardless but at least it's not as bad with the capsules.

i just take what seems 2 3 drops b4 i go 2bed. since it doesn't do a thing 4 me in the daytime. I just hope it's the right 1. I bought it in amazon 100ml . blessed seed. it said nothing else important like 66% mono whatever. It's only been a week so i'll continue until I C some results if any.
I would start with 1/2 a teaspoon. I would take 1/2 a teaspoon after you eat breakfast and then take another half teaspoon before bed and do that for a week and see how you feel.

I have researched almost all of the oil companies and I think that "Sweet Sunnahs" brand oil is better than this brand and is manufactured in the USA.

I have been! However, I have taken two week breaks here and there. I believe this is good to do with any type of supplement/natural remedy.

I used it on one of my ducks who was near death and stopped walking. I suspected it was a accidental ingestion of mold spores from some hay that was in the yard. She ended up surviving and walking again! Like nothing ever happened. I also used on my dogs to help with allergy symptoms and a yeast infection.
Well the yogurt helped. My throat is not sore anymore.
I think the oil is just too strong.
Take it with meals.
If you use yogurt like I did mix some fruit. cherries. strawberries,/
My favorite is plantain with nuts and a banana.
That will hide the taste for sure or as little as possible.
Even half a teaspoon of that oil is way too strong
