I just watched a video of Disney Employee Policies and their social media policies is so strict. And employees aren’t allowed whatsoever to post pictures backstage on social media.
Gotta love the sad music like he's trying to illicit sympathy like "Oh no feel sad for me, becuse I got fired from the best job 😥😥." You drank fountain water and filmed it at Disney you psycho, what do you expect?! Plus I'm sure there's probably a rule against filming yourself working at Disney or something.
My cousin is a cast member and she said there is so much before signing the contract reading, meeting, and reminders of no filming. There is no way he didn't know or understand the rules. She said even if it was off the clock you signed a contract that says that you will do nothing to tarnish the company at any time. He did that twice and it became a safety problem.
You worked for Disney and got fired? Aren't you the lucky one. All these happy little tourists have fun in the parks and eat good (but expensive) food. When you work for Disney, you see a whole new side of the company. It's not fun and games.
Well you have to consider the potential danger he brought to Disney. Obviously he didn't know about the story of a kid that got a brain parasite from drinking Disney park water (not the ones ordered from the cups), which isn't the only danger that the water has, he's also shown to have it spat back in, which can spread even more bacteria. Kids can watch his TikTok and can easily do the same as they're easily influenced, meaning that if a kid gets sick, the parents can sue Disney, especially if the kid was inspired by a Disney employee. Disney is desperately trying to keep its parks open despite Covid, if a child gets Covid from drinking Disneys park water then they might as well close all parks which will bring a huge loss to Disney. As for the Wedding Hall video, well, assuming he has a big following, lots of people now know that this particular hall isn't always locked and guarded (probably changed now) and know how to open those doors, which, if Disney didn't find out, ill intended people could break in and vandalize the place, or steal from it to take home as souvenirs. What Jason did may seem somewhat innocuous on the surface, but with all things considered he did an incredibly stupid and dangerous thing in reality. And I guess he still has to realize that as well.
@@Pherioxus ...thank you for explaining it cause there are so many TikTok followers who feel sorry for him and they say Disney is at fault. I was Security in Hollywood Studios and as Cast Members, we are informed of the rules we needed to follow. It can't be magical if people are telling all the secrets, right??? Even though, you are allowed to talk about working there after leaving the company, or in his case, getting "promoted to a guest". He even talked about meeting celebrities and what they said to him. He acts like the victim, blaming Disney for "doing their job". He reaped what he sowed. Sorry, not sorry!
@@evelynperez6156 I honestly understand most followers not knowing better and thinking a lot of it is nothing short of a ''misdemeanor'' but this guy definitely should've known better and does not have the right to play victim. It's okay for him to feel heartbroken to be fired from a job he loved doing and be banned from a place he loved visiting, but he should've known much better.
Those things go hand in hand. Lots of places have hardcore policies about checking out dumped exes and fired former employees coming back. There's been Parkland, Sandy Hook....
I’m mean you’re doing it rn Sooooooooo But Chile anyways Idc how evil of a corporation you are If one of my workers were doing this I’d fire them Especially if in the contract it specifically states you’re not allowed to post any forms of media from backstage Given its Disney and how strict they are with their image I’m not even closed to shocked at the fact that they fired him
Life Lesson, Being young and stupid! You wanted the likes and clicks. But u embarrassed yourself and u knew the the rules! Learn from this and move on.
You can't make videos like this and not expect repercussions. I don't feel bad.

No shit

Lmao. I came here after I saw the short clip
He got fired cause he broke company policy which is
YOU’RE NOT ALLOWED TO FILM BACK STAGE.
His wedding venue video was a BACK STAGE video
This dude’s a prick and breaks clearly laid out rules. He thinks he’s above it because he’s a tiktok person. Dude has to grow up
@@dreamscapeanimations3238 And open area for guests is not backstage. The chapel is not only for weddings.
As a wise man once said, "stupid is as stupid does".
It’s like The Joker said.... You get what you fucking deserve 🤦🏾♂️
What did he think was going to happen? If you’re acting stupid then you DESERVE to get fired.
You worked for Disney and got fired?

He got fired because he made TikTok videos of him drinking fountain water and he’s still doing it!
@@cubiubes 2 out of 3 being correct?
He also made videos talking about celebrities and showing buildings being unlocked, when they actually look locked. He can't keep a secret!
Glad this guy got fired and banned. This guy was practically taunting Disney to bann him.
You play stupid games, you win STUPID prizes.
I'm glad you have subtitles because you are drunk AF.
I unintentionally got water splashed in my mouth on one of the rides... but this is just insane.
It’s literally his fault??? Am I missing something here???
If you believe it's possible you were in the wrong, it would be nice just to write them a letter of apology, not for a favor, simply to say sorry.
Wouldn't work for me. I never apologize to anyone.

You’re not our favorite cast member, Jete
Maaan! Disney are some straight up haters for doing him dirty like this!!! XD
Lol WIDE OPEN
I understand him being fired but he definitely should not have a lifetime ban
