hummingbird - Yohan Kim (PIANO TRANSCRIPTION)

No, this is not an Etude... this is pianist Yohan Kim's debut piece with SM Classics of all labels!
I've been following Yohan's work for the past few years and it's great to see him team up with THE SM Entertainment! Seems like SM is experimenting with very unique genres of music outside of K-pop, and I'm all for it! This piece feels like proto-Kapustin with some hints of Ligeti, Hiromi, and Jacob Collier. Yohan absolutely loves messing around with our sense of rhythm here -- he DIGS groupings of 5, as you can tell.
I transcribed the piano part in its entirety and also added some performance cues. I checked basically each and every frame of the music video, the live performance video, and the beach video in which Yohan's hands were showing to see if I got the chords as accurately as I can. Since for now there's NO WAY I am transcribing all the bass guitar, synth, and especially the drum parts (gives me a headache just thinking about it), when the time comes in which I can muster the willpower to transcribe the other parts as well, I will. Just wanted to upload at least the piano part now to share Yohan's genius to the world.
