- Was there for the RMAF's 64th anniversary flypast rehearsal, which is on the 1st of June. This rehearsal was a timing check run, to confirm each category of aircraft's time to target after leaving their holding points and flying their particular speed and altitude, so that mission planners can build an accurate timeline for the flypast. Too bad due to inclement weather, the transports group sent only the A400M as the representative, as those large aircraft will have significant difficulty to maintain formation in severely degraded visibility.

We didn't. We just guess based on previous experiences of TUDM's rehearsals. Their public notice helped a lot too

Sir what is compass swing ?
@@Budakoxford07 essentially a compass recalibration. The aircraft will line up with the lines drawn on the ground pointing north/south/east/west, and the compass checked for any deviation. Usually done after heavy maintenance, and especially after the compass had been removed and reinstalled
