To who ever is reading this, I hope that everything has been well. Being a Health care or social care is not easy, you have to really take care of others and make sure that you're taking care of your self as well (including mentally/emotionally- very important). Its never something to be taken lightly because it requires PROPER commitment (just being a cleaner in a health care setting/place can be difficult enough- i know from a bit of experience); you have to care for & about people in the gentle/ appropriate way that you'd want peope to care for you/ your loved ones presently and in the Future. If you are doing well in India, don’t come to UK. Life’s very difficult in these kind of jobs. You will never enjoy going to work. I am not discouraging but you invest a lot of money to come here and end up doing shit jobs. And you can’t switch to another job here very easily. It’s quite difficult to find another sponsor.

He gonna pick and drop sick and wheelchaired patient from one place to another . But in this case NHS provides its own vehicles. This is the story.
