Absolutely. There's no way he'd compete with those two, or even the much lighter Brzenk right now. He'd have to change his diet and training habits. So much of arm-wrestling is in the fingers and hand techniques; not just the arm. He'd have to spend months building that strength back up, then the endurance, and probably go through a few less competitive events before he could take on the big boys again. If there's an athlete who could do it though...

Никакого хлеба, сахара и прочей гадости. И тогда здоровья в разы больше да и те же зубы на месте будут до глубокой старости. Разумеется это я так описал, как пример. И еще - стараться не мешать. Как минимум стараться. Не объедаться и желательно раз или два в неделю голодать(пить только чистую воду -очищает хорошо тело)
