Welcome in the Univers of the Bee Gees. They had so many Songs. And every Song is a surprice. I grow up with the best Group ever. Barrys falsetto is not from this Planet. I love it so much ❤❤❤
They harmonized so well it sounds like one person ! Check out their early stuff ! Words , I started a joke, Gotta get a message to you, Massachusetts, to love somebody and so many more ! I promise you won’t be sorry ! 11 number 1 singles these are legendary
Bee Gees, best group ever. Best harmonies ever, best songwriters ever. 100 top 10 hits globally. First album in the 60s, last 2001. Mo died in 2003 and Robin 2012. Barry Gibb released a country duet tribute album in 2020. For the album he sang Bee Gees songs with Dolly Parton, Keith Urban, Olivia Newton John, Alison krauss, Jason Isbell, Little Big Town, Shsryl Crow among others. Fantastic. He can still hit the high notes. He performed at the legendary Glastonbury Festival in 2017 on the legends stage. Even the security people were dancing along. Great stuff.
I was a 10 yr old kid obsessed with the BeeGees and the Saturday Night Live Soundtrack . Their younger Brother Andy I saw in concert when I was 9 yrs old. My parents took my best friend and I. It was something I will never forget. He sadly passed the following year. I asked for albums on my Xmas &for my birthdays from the age of 8.. I had quite a little collection going by the time I was 12 . I’ve been music obsessed ever since. ⭐️
Great reaction and thoughtful comments. Really enjoyed this! Thank you for keeping these classics alive. So many good Bee Gees songs. I’d suggest “ will you still love me tomorrow” and “love you inside out”
My second favorite is How Deep is your love. I can feel all the emotions of me riding down Pacific Coast Highway near Malibu with the top down on a perfect day listening to How Deep is your Love.
Barry.. ( center) Barry Gibb... Raw pure and effortless.. they were AMAZING, and the youngest brother Andy Gibb also sang ( Shadow Dancing) Andy died young...
Barry Gibb: Most famous for "Stayin' Alive" Robin Gibb: Known for "How Can You Mend a Broken Heart" (passed away 2012) Maurice Gibb: Remembered for "You Should Be Dancing" (, passed away 2003) Andy Gibb: Had a hit with "(I've Got to Be) The One You Love" (he was the younger brother, who had a solo career, passed away in 1988)
You are becoming a favorite reactor - keep going! ❤😊 They are the Brothers Gibb- hence the BG’s! They wrote all their own songs, too. And played the instruments on them too.
Wow! I've been watching this amazing song go viral through the reactors lately. Juuussst love it! ❤️ You were on target on what you said regarding how Barry had to use his body to reach those high notes. I just watched a yt documentary on the LONG career of the BeeGees. Barry had back trouble later in life and could not travel much for touring. His brother mentioned how it would hurt Barry to sing those notes then. Oh my. 🙏 But God so blessed us with this wonderful group and their other brother, Andy, who also was very talented! Thanks for a great reaction. ❤😊
They also have a song called the Wedding Song (1980s) that I had played at my wedding. They have 5 decades of hits, it's not just the disco stuff. Go back to the 60s and forward into 80s and beyond! Supertalented brothers.
Maybe not walk down the isle. Maybe the first dance. In any case, to put any song on one of the most special days of your life is the highest complement.
Correction, I heard you say walk down the isle the second time I watched this. That will be beautiful no matter when you choose to play it at your wedding. I did not hear walk down the isle
Love your reaction. They all have very large vocal ranges. This would be great for a wedding. Others would be How deep is your love, I could not love you more and Wedding Day (written as a pledge to their wives). ❤❤❤
They recorded this in 432 Hz (the healing frequency) instead of the ‘normal’ 440 Hz. John Lennon did that for ‘Imagine’…another #1 hit. Check out ‘Nights On Broadway’ for a sample of their lower voices…and also the FIRST song they used their high falsettos in…🔥
Im so touched by your reaction.❤ This is my favorite BeeGees song. For more wedding day material please react to Run to Me, I Cant See Nobody, and One. And for the reception dance floor: More Than A Woman, Night Fever, Love You Inside Out and Nights on Broadway. Please react to Nights on Broadway next!❤
All three are brothers. Started singing since age 5 yrs. Barry has a falsetto and Robin has Vibrato. Three part harmony.. They write all their music. Watch the movie SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE. Also you can hear Closer Than Close.
So glad you got to listen to this. Made in one take. Raw talent at it's best. They are brothers. The two on the sides were twins. They have passed. Listen to whom the bell tolls and I started a joke.
Blast from the past nephew. 🖤🖤🖤. Nephew please react to "Fannie Be Tender " by the 🐝 Gees 🖤🖤🖤. Lastly, this video was recorded live, and was shot in one take. The monies/proceeds from this song ALL went to charity. How awesome is that 🖤🖤🖤
As much talent as these guys have, this was not recorded live. What we're hearing is the studio audio on top of the video. The audio is actually nine layers of 3-part harmony, creating 27 voices. Barry's singing six layers by himself & three layers with Robin & Mo.
The BeeGees are true genuine genius' They had it all. Voice, songwriting, showmanship, harmonies from heaven and humble. Barry didn't start using the falsetto (high vocals) till 1976. They had their #1 song back in 1967.
My interpretation is the song first tells how difficult it is to find a real lasting loving partnership. Then Barry sings about his wife, and now partner of over 50 years, and what feelings are like in that kind of love. And when he hits all of those high notes it sounds like he is crying out. To me that means he's expressing the anguish of those unloved, alone, and without love.
You need to listen to Don't throw it all away Brothers Gibb and Andy. They put Andy in their concerts after he died. They wrote the song for Andy. He looked like Barry🥰

Hey Stax, Just checking in with you! You couldn't have picked a better song! This song shows off their talent so well. Any song by them is excellent although there is one song I don't really care for, I'll keep that to myself because other people love it! Fabulous reaction!
You have such a lot more to find more genres to explore with them. Their last Album (no.32) as the Bee Gees was in 2001. Maurice died in January 2003 aged 53. Robin made 2 more albums 'Magnet' in 2004 and '50 St Cathrines Drive' before he died in 2012, aged 62, from the effects of cancer. It was issued in 2014. Barry went to Nashville and recorded 'In the Now' with his son, Steven and later 'Greenfields' an album of Bee Gee's songs recorded in duet with Country and blue grass Stars. He also did a world tour called ' Mythology' in his mid seventies. He was still songwriting. In 2024 he has stopped singing due to failing hearing; he is 78.

Great reaction. Music meanings is highly influenced by ones life experiences. Bee Gees are Legendary. Yes great wedding song. You wanna know something, they have another beautiful wedding song called HAPPY EVER AFTER. It's so fire with the lyrics and harmonies that you would get divorce just to have that other song as your other wedding song! Lol

They played their own instruments. So many people think they were singers only (probably because of their videos). Barry (Mr. high notes) played guitar, and Maurice (bearded on the right) developed some fantastic bass lines. Two worth listening to: You Should be Dancing and Night Fever.
The Brothers Gibb (it's what Bee Gees or B.G.s stands for) were actually a great pop band in the 60s. They had an entire careers worth of work under their belts before the disco era. In that spirit I suggest you check out one of those early tunes called "Massachusetts" It features Robin on lead vocals and as you've really only heard Barry's voice on the leads I think that it's a good introduction to the other brothers.
