Is it possible that the back part stuck? otherwise I think they remove it (the owner before me) I just don't want to take it out before knowing it 100%, what do you think?

Hard to say, i would remove it anyways and take a look..doesn’t take too long to pull it out anyways. Maybe the cable snapped off?

You don’t need to buy any new part, just have to adjust existing one

Hi. I seem to have the back part stuck inside ie under the climate control. Cannot pull it out. Would getting climate control out help?

Hi, you have to remove the climate control unit regardless as per the video.
