Create a Single Entry Google Form for Families

In this project we look at how we can make a Google Form Very easy for families / recipients to fill out while also making the Google Sheet easy to perform calculations on. In this example we look at allowing families to fill out a summer camp form and allow up to 6 students to be signed up at a time.
This is a longer video format but intended to be that way! If you ever need to create a form like this you understand the complexities of it! Take a look at the timestamps and feel free to watch sections based on your needs!
Unfortunately with Google Forms, there is no way to easily share a copy of the form, but I have a folder link I will share that has:
