I've been messing around with small applications in React for a while and didn't get that 'props' are passed within the function tag . Thank you for the ah ha moment! Also, I was unaware that props should be used in a pure functional manner (e.g., do not try to change inherited properties). It's those all important 'little' things that get me every time. Thank you
