That has got to be the most heartfelt gift a crafter could ever receive from their child! The fact that he got you a crafty supply that you don’t already own is thoughtful and shows that he takes interest in your hobby! Your card is uniquely made and the touch of your homemade sequins adds more interest to it❤️
I’m so impressed by you, Natalie. You’ve mentioned your husband, your daughter & now your son. You must have more than 24 hours in your day with a family and creating and editing videos every day. I’m retired with only my husband and myself at home and I can barely make a card in a day without filming & editing and all the advanced preparation you must do to make your videos so concise. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all you’ve taught me.
A gorgeous unique card with lots of texture and elements but still with the clean & simple feel. CONGRATULATIONS on your 10K subscribers, what a milestone!!!
I've been watching your videos for several weeks now and your thought processes amaze me. I think inside the box too much I guess so I am enjoying watching you very much. The vellum idea is a keeper.
Fabulous gift from your son! I can't tell you the times I have lost gifts till after the event! I love this card is very cool, I have this die set. Thank you so much. xxx💖💖💖
WOW!! What a nice surprise!! I think it is wonderful that your son takes the time and interest in your hobby. Love your card!! I also have those dies and now I have an idea on how to use them!!
Those are a lovely set of dies and I think it is wonderful that he remembered to give them to you today! Your card is beautiful! I love how you always seem to effortlessly combine various techniques and elements to create clean and classy cards!
Christmas in May! What fun, and what a thoughtful gift. First, I was baffled by how you were wrapping that gorgeous thread around a circle without it slipping and sliding along the curve. Second, I’m sure it never would have occurred to me to use those dies together on one card! Third, wow! Did you notice how your sentiment just pulled everything together?? Very nice. Thank you, Natalie. 😊
Thanks, Marguerite! It definitely came together when I added the sentiment. I might make this one again sometime, but in some differennt colours as I think it could work well for lots of different people. x
When you began to do this card I didn’t think I was going to like it at all. I’m pleased I watched the whole video. How wrong I was , it’s very interesting, could be for either male or female.
I love that heart die. I have one that is almost exactly like it only it has Love written as part of it. I looks excellent in gold just as yours does. Finally finished getting my dies in order and stashed in such a way that it is easy to find what I am looking for or help me get ideas of what I can use. Thank you again.
The Love die sounds like it’s versatile! I’ve been working on organizing mine as well but they’re still not easy to figure out what I have. Can you please share how you’re storing yours? Thank you.
@@created2bless322 I am still woring at figuring out the best way to situate my stuff so it is handy. I put my embossing cards in a large plastic (little bit bigger than shoe zise box, which is working nice. I though I had all my dies sorted onto magnetic sheets and in clear envelopes. Also in a big plastic box and then wen to look for a stamp set and found that I still had a bunch of dies, stencils, embossing cards with the magazines they came with, so I need more envelopes. I have been getting rid of some things that I can't see myself using. I have only one grandchild who is 5.5 so a lot of children's stamps I don't have much of a need for, etc. I have realized that I do have enough card making stuff unless I get it for free.
What a lovely surprise - almost Christmas in July 😂 Great set of dies which I'm sure you'll get a lot of use from. Such a pretty card too - really love this one. Thanks Natalie and enjoy the rest of your day xx
Another stunning card. Can you suggest a die cut for those little circles. You use the circles often and it is such a nice change from using fancy embellishments and cheaper. Thank you.
Thank you! These are the dies I use: amzn.eu/d/cJmRbf0, amzn.eu/d/9dK3Bld and www.etsy.com/uk/listing/1692068839/circles-panel-metal-cutting-die-for-card
Such a pretty card with so much interest. Your belated Christmas present certainly produced some lovely texture and interest, and what can we say about the gold heart, yep a touch of bling that brings it all to life. Love this Natalie, thank you x
So funny about your son losing your Christmas gift in his room.. My son’s rooms are atrocious! I have that same die set and will be able to copy your card quite nicely now! Haha! The heart cut out of gold foil really kicks that card up!
Love this card. Do you have a particular die you use for cutting your embellishment circles (used at the end of the video). Your ideas are helpful and give inspiration. Thank you!
Beautiful card! I would really like to know if the dies your son gave you can still be purchased. Also, the deli paper is an awesome idea; where do you purchase yours? Thank you!
Thanks! It's Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 660222, Scribbles & Splat by Tim Holtz. Mine came from Amazon here in the UK. I also got thd deli paper on amazon, but you could use greaseproof/baking paper.

My kind of card , love it . Winter chilly and wet down the bottom of New Zealand great day for crafting .
It's supposed to be summer here, but it's freezing cold and chucking it down with rain. I'm tempted to put the heating back on!
