Ah, it’s the same & lame “I treat you cold because I was shy/nervous & don’t know what to do. So I choose to treat like I was hating you”. Kinda tired of these FMC that masked their shyness/nervous with being cold/like a jerk. And then when they both meet together like halfway of the story, suddenly she can act normally like she never feels nervous around him before. Same with the day after they got together, suddenly the nervous is gone to 0 instantly. Writer really should see what a shy person really looks like, or even how a person that is nervous acted. It’s not that I hated it, just tired with the overuse of shy = being cold. And it also left bad impression on FMC over time since story just portrayed FMC being a jerk.
I think the writers don’t know how a shy or nervous person acts. A shy/nervous person would avoid eye contact, hesitate to speak and withdrawal from social interactions. Here she’s clearly taking to the MC but she talking to him very coldy and in a mean way and somehow the writers translate that as her being nervous/shy.

Not only is it all around pretty annoying and incredibly unrealistic (this is not how shy people act around their crush), but all it does is make me want MC to reject her in the end because that attitude is not a good foundation for a lasting future together

The fact that he left completed documents sitting on his desk is crazy to me. If they need to be mailed, put them in an envelope and then in the 'outbound' mail tray. If he will be taking them somewhere himself, have a drawer (or folder in a drawer) to store such things. With people walking around with coffees, don't expect anything sitting on a desk to be safe. Even a random pen may decide it is too hot and explode. And then... not having a saved copy of important documents? It's like the company policy is to be as risky as possible so any little mistake could cost a fortune. Why take a minute to be safe when you could save that minute and risk losing hours of progress?
