    You should also add a section of planned development and how they will affect the 3 areas. Things like aravali safari , global City, iicc etc

    It’s March 2024 where is the sector to invest in Dwarka Expressway for long term investment for residential properties. For 2029-2031 long term. Invest today. What do you think of ultra luxury apartments. And Ganga Nandaka sector 84 new Gurgaon on Dwarka Expressway

    Quite good and well explained until the "middle-class bit". I still think New Gurgaon has the highest growth and return out of the 3 due to its strategic location. It's more like sectors 14-21 of 15 years ago. Last but not least, fortunately (or unfortunately), Indian society is still middle-class driven Hope you get the hint.

    I found ashiana anmol in sohna road the most value for money project. Professionally managed and children centric..also location is very good

    New Gurgaon will be fully occupied with in 2030 and have much higher rate then over priced golf course extenntikn and other area.
    Dwarka expresway sectors is not suitable due to poor Infra. As that land doesn’t support high rises and ground water is not suitable for construction.
