How NB3 makes vids (which should be common knowledge by now) is that he gets fed with an off-meta build, then says that the build is OP, and uses it as clickbait to pease the algorithm. Honestly though, not even he believes that such a build is OP.
Personally, I just enjoy his energy and the funny things that happen like the Ashe ult one-shot in this video, or the recent Soraka jungle video where he bullies the enemy Kayn early on. It's all in good fun, I think.

He is capable of getting challenger no problem, but he stays in diamond for easy UA-cam cash. He only goes for challenger at the end of the season.
