PTFE and Metal powders reacting - IR Decoy Flare compositions

Mixtures of PTFE (teflon) and some metal powders are quite flammable, hot burning mixtures which still see use in many decoy flares which are used to attract heatseeking missiles away from aircraft. they burn hot and emit infrared wavelength light which provides the decoy effect. the mixes here are all 60%PTFE and 40% metals. the powders tested here were: Eckhart Dark Aluminium, 400mesh bright Aluminium, 500mesh Magnesium,
Manganese, Boron, Zinc and Titanium.
I did also try unsuccessfully Cobalt ,Nickel,Copper, Tin, Molybdenym and tungsten powders. a little bit of sparkler was used on some of the mixes to get a good ignition. most of the remaining
