Up until recently, I have had horses most of my life. I love them. I did dressage, jumping and trail riding. I never played polo. Horses are like big dogs that sometimes get scared at the silliest things. I am happy to hear you found a sport you can enjoy. If you every find you cannot fall asleep at night (for any reason) try taking a melatonin. If that fails, children's Benadryl will do the trick (in about 15-20 minutes).

I think it’s just so good for the soul. I find it such a beautiful part of my week from the train to just going offline, brushing them changing and then be in nature under the sun. I have done it twice so far and I feel a change in my mood and how I plan my week :)

SO easy to take care of, (hiedras en español; a prueba de todo y al ser trepadoras crean un efecto muy lindo). I love the whole Polo activity decision, I agree it is so nice to have something fun to do that does not involve expectations, just growth, relaxation and fun.
New things are great bc you get to see massive improvements over a short time. You just have to be able to laugh at your failures and recognize your accomplishments. Excited to see you progress (and bc I've never seen polo before) :)
Lovely vlog Lou, super random question: do you put your fake flowers in real water? I can usually tell if flowers are fake (if they're in a clear vase) by the plasticky water, but you seem to have put the fake flowers in real water??
After school, I took up learning another language. I already knew some Spanish so I am focused on that, but my in laws speak french so I am working on that as well.

Would be super nice to follow along with your polo "journey"! I did a bit of horseback riding when I was little but had a bigger passion for ballet (which I did for 10 years) and because of scoliosis surgery horseback riding is also too harsh on my back.
In each of your vlogs the food looks so great. Are you just lucky with the restaurants you choose? How do you find all these nice restaurants? To go out and enjoy the food can be really challenging here in Germany ...
It’s so flies don’t bother their eyes 🤍 it’s mesh and they can see, i am the first one to jump into this things but they are way more comfortable with it and not having to take the flies off constantly
