  • CC in bikes stands for Cylinder capacity or the cubic centimeters capacity of the combustion cylinder, which is an integral part of the engine whose prominent role is to supply the power to the rider. If a bike has more CC, then it will have a bigger cylinder which can digest more air and more fuel. This natural process will help in burning more fuel per stroke and would ultimately lead to producing more power as well as more torque. Following the procedure, the engine completes one cycle after all the combined capacity of the cylinders which is often referred to as engine capacity.

    Nice explanation. Can u pls make another video on Bajaj V15 and Bajaj 150 pulsar. Since both the bikes is having same engine cc but apart from BHP, and Torque, even the milage of pulsar 150 is higher then V15 which contradict your this video concept.. Thanks in advance.. Keep it up..

      Pulsar ka engine racing ke liye design Kiya gaya hai jabki Bajaj Vikrant v 15 ka engine smooth riding ke liye design Kiya gaya hai halanki donon bike se 150cc ki hai but Pulsar Ka bore size aur stroke Bajaj Vikrant ke engine ke bore size aur stroke se alag hai isliye Pulsar jyada powerful hai aur cc matter nahin karta haii agar matter karta to bullet 350 cc ki hai usko Apache aur Pulsar aasani se race mein Hara deti hai

    sir love from nepal.. सर जी जब किसी बाईक first gear मे 40 तक स्पिड जाती हे तो फीर 10/15 के स्पिड के वाद second gear मे shift क्यों करना चाइय । 40 के वाद second gear मे shift करे तो क्या हो सकता । please give me reasons 🙏🙏

    actually its more than compression and rpm, its also the timing of the engine and also the camshaft profile of the engine, and also the exhaust and intake of the engine and also because of the air fuel ratio of the engine

      Hero's bike only sucess with horizontal engine , hero is not perfect in making vertical engine so don't by hero's vertical engine bikes

    Simple answer in any motorcycle engine.
    if cylinder diameter (Bore) is More = Produce High torque
    If stroke is more = Gives high.mileage.

    Bike A with 14Nm torque @7000rpm and power 18ps @7000 rpm.
    Another bike B with 14Nm torque @8000 rpm and power 18ps @8000 rpm .
    Which one will perform better?
