Nice Mike, but I think I will continue to make Canadian pancakes on my cast iron griddle .. I may use the same ingredients tho .. I made banana oatmeal cookies yesterday ... Everyone liked them .. The recipe for them is bananas and oatmeal .. Very good and good for you .. They cook perfectly in the oven in and on whatever cast pans you have .. They are done when they let loose from the pan .. just say'n
