Hi, I just brought two Apple thunderbolt displays for just $250 on Facebook Marketplace and my shirt had a little run-in with a tissue tornado.
Be carefull, Facebook Marketplace is known for haveing a lot of scammers.

If you can get a good deal, i would recommend it because it outperforms most displays you can buy new for the same price

Can you try the thunderbolt display with window laptops like asus or dell?

Yes but the computer must have a supported thunderbolt 2 or 3 port, a normal type c port wont work.
