- Besides Grindelwald, Interlaken, and Lauterbrunnen villages, there are many beautiful villages and soothing landscapes in Switzerland. Enjoy one of such villages' landscape exploration through car drive on the secondary streets. Zweisimmen village lies in a wide valley floor and we have tried to cover many streets in this true 4K resolution video. This quaint village in the Bernese Oberland forms the gateway to the world-famous Gstaad region. Zweisimmen is also the starting point of the Goldenpass rail line, which travels to Montreux on Lake Geneva.

Genießen Sie die Landschaftserkundung eines solchen Dorfes durch eine Autofahrt auf den Nebenstraßen. Das Dorf Zweisimmen liegt in einem weiten Talboden und wir haben versucht, viele Straßen in diesem Video mit echter 4K-Auflösung abzudecken. As if it feels like I'm living in the dream world. It's just so peaceful and calm. The scenery is wonderful obviously. I eagerly want to visit this village someday.
Heaven on earth. People who live there are so lucky. They have a very beautiful place and nice large houses.
I live in new york city and visited Switzerland a few months ago. It makes me wonder, how could anyone choose to live in a city like this, and how do so many people think it is so great (NYC), when there are places like THIS that exist?! Beautiful mountains, fresh air, no pollution, safe streets to walk around on, no cars honking, no angry people wandering the streets. It really is a utopia. The people born and raised here or who have moved here hopefully know how blessed they are. I can only hope to come back here and stay.
Totally agree, and also Switz is very central. It is in the middle of Europe! So even if you live somewhere like this, it is very close to big cities if you would want that. Even warm sandy beaches in Italy ain't too far! And it's also very easy to get around since roads are very good, and there are lots of lifts and trains up those mountains.
That¨'s my perspective coming from norway, we have lots of mountains, but not the convinience like that.
I believe Switzerland is a piece of heaven that dropped from the sky ❤,and I wish I could go there someday 😢

I was born in Bern and lived in Büren an der aare until I was 7 then moved to Canada, then back to Switzerland and now living in the PNW Washington State. Every time I see these videos I feel so many different feelings, from joy, proud, sadness and anger. I truly am proud to be Swiss and that my two kids have Swiss blood, my daughter was able to travel Europe several years ago and I insisted she go to Switzerland. She did go and stayed with my uncle’s family whom I hadn’t seen in over 40 years but he and his family visited us on their American vacation. I asked her what she liked about Switzerland and she said the way the mountains come right down to the towns, and this is coming from a city girl.
My sadness comes from not being around my Swiss extended family and just how much more relaxed and peaceful it is. My anger comes from people’s lack of respect for this wonderful country and their neighbors peace and quite. During this 20+ minute video I once again didn’t see one piece of trash, homes didn’t have ten broken down cars covered with torn blue tarps, you rarely see the Stars and Stripes flying and cyclists aren’t harassed on the roads. I know that living in a Dem ran area is part of the reasons for my gripes, but that doesn’t excuse people throwing trash out of their cars, but in a way they can be blamed for the trash on our hwy’s and country roads hell even our backroads. The local news says that we may have noticed more trash on the hwy’s and that is because of covid, Huh ? Europe had covid as well and its clean there, here our leaders don’t like to spend money on maintenance and that includes trash pickup, they let it get bad enough that the citizens will organize groups to clean up, which I guess we should have enough pride to do so.
