Anyone have a link on how to setup an environment? I found cloud hosted environment but there are clearly many prerequisites to this. I have never done it before and MS docs I found are useless.

When trying to integrate dual write, I get a screen that says that there are no environments to link with dual-write
I was wondering how can I fix that?
