This is the sidewalk that people have used as a place to put trash and I feel very sad because the environment is becoming more and more toxic and human health is also going down because of environmental pollution. The problem with throwing all the leaves in a pile just off the sidewalk is next wind and they will all be back on the sidewalk…just as messy as before….problem not solved…..

I feel for you young man, The neighbour's residences show that they are of some degree of affluence and yet they themselves have not done anything at all to maintain some sense of attending to the disorder.
