I had a lapse of willpower and bought an acoustic bass

It's a chinese piece of plywood that cost $100 freedom eagles (plus ~$30 for shipping) and it sounds accordingly. For my broke ass it's as good as it gets. Still needs a bit of tweaking, neck-bending, breaking in, but I had to play something immediately.
Playing the best bit of Metallica's Orion, one of my favorite things to do on a bass.

Been trying to keep myself from buying one on impulse too. I already have two bass guitars, but told myself I'd play more if I had an acoustic one too, which is, of course, total bullshit. This sounds great, though! Wonderful rendition of Orion.
