NDA's between government and private entities, actually isn't that new of an idea.
It's the collusion between the two that is a core tenant of everyone's favorite social system of governance, headed by none other than everyone's favorite leader, and recipient of Time Magazine's, "Man of the Year" award way back in year of our lord, 1938.... if you're thinking about Hitler, Nazi Germany, or Fascism as policy...
