100%. I knew we had offensive issues back when we played Clemson. Unfortunately, unless “Bozo” steps down, he will be back next year. CKS and Bozo are good friends so I’m afraid loyalty will keep Bozo around. I’d like to have Buster Faulkner back as the OC. With tears in my beer, Go Dawgs!!

I 100000% agree. No one mentions UGA getting screwed last year. It is effing ridiculous that one loss in nearly three years, by 3, in an SEC championship, as defending back to back champions kept us out. I will say it was great that we at least got to beat FSU by 60 and shut them and their “lawsuits” up.

Georgia has about as much money as anyone. It is iterally ine of the easiest places in the country to recruit to. Georgia is a media darling.
I admit this year's team was not as good as last year's. Last year's tea should have won the NC but have no one to blame but themselves. Teams like that don't come along very often.
Amd yes Georgia's WR's this year are BAAAAADD!. Smith is so.fast the ball can't catch him. The one he caught tonight was like pure luck. He couldn't believe it himself. He looked like he was surprised. He was Ike "HOLY SHYTTE, what is this thing I somehow curled my arm around and held on to."

Bobo's the problem on offense. When Monken left and I'd heard theyd hired Bobo back as OC, i knew we were doomed. Its the same bullshit as before when he was OC. At best, hes a high school football coach. Coach Smart has gotta understand that you cant hire your buddies for positions such as OC. Our offense hasnt had that spark that they had before he came back. We'll never win another natty with him in that position.

As a Notre Dame fan, Gunner's going to be a massive problem for other teams in the future. That kid was slingin' it. 20 for 32 with 234 yards and no picks in his first start under the brightest lights. He's got a bright future. I'd take him as a QB anyday of the week. Everyone drastically underestimated our defensive front and they showed up big time. Good game Dawgs.

      D2 coach of the year
      4-2 in d2 playoffs
Made Mercer relevant down in D2 from 5th or 6th in their conference to a D2 playoff team
When from a bottom feeding offense to averaging 40 a game
      And is Navys current OC
Took them from averaging 17 points per game to averaging the same as UGA did.

Too many mistakes. Allowed a kick return touchdown. fumbled twice, bumped into an official, jumped offside, dropped passes as always, very frustrating loss overall. I didn’t like our offensive gameplan either as the weakest part of Notre Dames defense was their run defense especially in between the tackles where we had a big advantage. I would’ve liked us to go under center some and push them around a little bit which I think we would be able to do and it would’ve opened up the offense and the play action which a young quarterback like Gunner Stockton could’ve really used and overall I think we passed the ball way too much and a big part of that was by not going under center a single play in the entire game which hurt us by limiting our play calling made and ultimately it made us more predictable on offense. Not only did we pass the ball way too much but we did the same pass plays over and over again by dinking and dunking the whole game outside of that one throw to Arian Smith and eventually that’s gonna get figured out and it did. We also didn’t get the tight ends involved enough and considering how small Notre Dames linebackers are we could’ve really used them in blocking, in the open field, and as a mismatch in the passing game. In terms of player performance Monroe Freeling didn’t play well at all and overall it was a bad performance by all of our tackles by allowing consistent pass rush from the outside. We also didn’t set protection right as we saw many unblocked defenders come in and get pressure on Gunner Stockton and part of that is his fault. Other than that I think Gunner Stockton actually played well although he happened to play the team that blitzes the most in college football which a lot of times confuses young quarterbacks especially in their first start and that’s exactly what happened however when he had a clean pocket he made plays and threw the ball well just has to set up protection better and with more experience he’ll improve in that area by default. Defensively we played really well but we lost contain of Riley Leonard too much which was one of the only ways Notre Dame could’ve possibly moved the ball on us and unfortunately we allowed Riley Leonard to do that very well. Overall we did a pretty good job of setting the edge outside of a few missed tackles and for most of the game we forced Notre Dame to do what they didn’t want to do in the run game which is stay in between the tackles and obviously we got really good pass rush and played excellent coverage as we were able to drop back in coverage a lot and get pressure with 4 and overall I think we did a great job game planning defensively outside of stopping the quarterback run. At the end of the day both teams came in with a conservative gameplan by relying on their defense and playing mistake free football and Notre Dame did a much better job of playing mistake free football than us. Also no I don’t think we should fire Mike Bobo as he had a great offense last year and had the best offense in Georgia history with Hudson Mason at quarterback as well as many really good offenses with way less talent in the Mark Richt era. This year he was handicapped with receivers that can’t catch and that’s not his fault so run it back with him and do an overhaul at the wide receiver position. At this point I’m looking forward to 2025 and I’d like to see major improvements at the receiver and linebacker positions as well as our offensive tackles. We did some thing very well at each of those positions like getting open, blitzing and stopping speed rushers but at end of the day we had major issues catching the ball, dropping back in pass coverage and stopping traditional defensive ends in pass rush so we need to make improvements in those areas. Running backs, Tight ends, Corners and Safeties will be huge strengths for us next year so hopefully we can build off of that and get a really good receiver and pass rusher in the portal and develop all of elite young talent and go win a national title next year GO DAWGS! ❤️🖤🐶

With all that being said if Kirby wants to hoist a national championship trophy again, he’s gotta make changes on offense in the offseason. This offense has regressed so bad since Mike Bobo became OC (again 😒). Stacey Searls and James Coley have to go as well. Bad play calling, terrible oline play, dropped passes. It’s weird that Georgia made it this far having those problems all year. Definitely a very tough and resilient team. Can go farther if Kirby makes those changes. Congrats Notre Dame and Go Dawgs!

When you have a running back as good as Frazier and don't play him but a few times unless he was hurt something is wrong.
Trevor Etienne may be a good player but tonight wasn't much.

The Etienne fumble was on the offensive line. As soon as he touched the ball, he was hit. The Stockton fumble was on the offensive line. The false starts were on the offensive line. The pitiful running game was on the offensive line. See where it all leads? Get Matt Luke back or someone who can actually coach the o-line and send Searels packing. Bobo's play calling was not horrible, but when you can't run block or your receivers keep dropping the ball, that's not on him. The Dawgs need to find a left tackle and get a proven receiver in the portal, then hope the guys coming in are as good as advertised. Wiley, Taylor, Barbour and Elyiss Williams have a chance to start and I hope the coordinator, who ever it is remembers we have Luckie, Reddell, Delp and the new guys.

It just comes down to the fact that the south has all the best football players and in the past players wanted to stay close to home. Now Ohio state and oregon can pay millions to get them up there. Half of Ohio state's team are from the south. Or are you talking about how they did this so it would dismantle the SEC?

Their plan has worked perfectly and we cooperated beautifully to not only make it a win for them but a f'g landslide.
The game has been ruined but no one notices because "the SEC is getting theirs." After all, the deranged say that NOW...ALL teams can pay their players. It has been repeated so loud and so long, huge swaths of the country believe CNS (whole conference?) had some special payment method that, along with totally fantasy SEC-ESPN conspiracy grassy knoll idea, is being absurd.
By our flopping around, hiring bozo coach, starting a guy who can't pass (for two years), throw in turds dropped in punch bowl by TN and SC, injury to Beck, Oregon doing a no-show...and it looks like God is a Suckeye.
Pardon my warped anger causing you to waste time posting your well-deserved response.

Not knowing that answer is gonna plague Dawg fans for the next 9 months. Kirby sure isn't gonna tell anyone either. That's gonna piss us off to no end. It's too early in his tenure for him to flatline like Dabo has and i know the portal and NIL has changed things--i'm no believer in the B.S that UGA doesn't still stack talent. The coaching overall is losing it's core ability to do exactly that--coach. Is it a money thing? Kids making more than their bosses? Easier to switch teams for cash than it is to get another job--at least on the field. To me that's where Bobo should be--at home, on a laptop figuring out how to do his job.
