So true about how your looks change depending on the before, during or after dealing with a narcissist. The time I was in that relationship is when I have gained the most weight and felt so bad about myself “not good enough”. Since I decided to push him away and kept away as much as possible ( since we do have young children) said my peace and set boundaries. I have lost around 60 lbs and get compliments and feel so much better overall getting told I look younger now. The only good thing about not smiling is fewer wrinkles / RBF few forehead lines 😅.

After losing my husky malamute Sabbath who had the first aortic valve replacement taber procedure done in the world he survived 2 1/2 yrs. Girl yes. Just yes. Everything. Just separated from a 9year relationship, but we still kind of talk everyday. (Just your basic what’s up how you doing) Although I do care for him as a person I have no feelings anymore. I started loving myself above all else. I don’t get emotional about anything anymore. Never hit him up. I’m ready to move on to better. I do have my eyes on someone and we did hang out once, that was months ago and haven’t heard from him since. I never get out, cause like you said, I’ve been trying to keep myself busy. Specifically with school, work, and the gym.
