I wear it multiple hours a day and do not have a problem. I use the dual loop. It is a fantastic device for my use case and it has changed the way I work in a dramatically positive way.
the most uncomfortable part is most definitely the face mask, i use a 3d printed head strap with a cushion that lets you mount it closer to your face and remove the face mask altogether. this has the benefit of improving my periphery vision, but the downsides are light bleed and immersive environments are not immersive
I tried the AnnaPro and it didn’t work at all for me, its very head shape sensitive and not at all adjustable. In the end I went for a cheap (£16) unbranded solution off eBay that works with the Solo Knit band and overall does a pretty good jobl, it has adjustable angle and height. I can easily go 3-4 hours with it. The most comfy (and expensive) was the Nebular Cluster solution, downside is you can’t put your head back so not so great for laying back and relaxing. Still irks me that Apple went for form over function on the straps. The dual loop is just too fiddly to adjust to my mind and doesn’t reduce the load so much.
I find it to be fairly comfortable and can wear it for quite a while. Could it be better, sure.

…I do want to try a strap that will let me forgo the light seal just to see what it is like.
