Chainsaw Carving a Cardinal in real time.

When batching out little items like these Cardinals I work each piece in the batch through the individual steps of the process. This is the rough carve phase. From here they will all get sanded with the angle grinder and then they are on to torching and paint. These are great sellers and can be carved quickly. Their size also makes them easy to ship so I can send them to customers all over the US.
I’m using my Stihl MS170 with a Stihl 12in Dime tip carving bar running .043 gauge 1/4 pitch chain.
