4:00 you dont have to all of that. instead just right click on the file, then click "open" and you will get the correct prompt

how much you we could earn per day by mining this? like in previous video u said you got 6 cents after 24hrs. now i that situation same? or we can earn more.? is there any benefit of mining? or should we drop this idea even we have most powerful m1 macs? do replay.

Well the thing with mining is that your energy bill increases significantly. But as m1 macs consume a lot less energy they have to earn less to make a profit. As for the actual formula to calculate I have no clue. But thats the way to find out if it is profitable.
you’d make a hell of a lot more just investing the money you would have spent on the mac, into buying bitcoin directly and holding it for 3 years...
all you need is 2000 years to make a dollar, lol
BFG miner has been running for a day & half now mining blocks and BTC pool still shows earnings 0.00000000

How does an M1 MBP compare to traditional Nvidia or AMD mining gfx card?

i had this same problem and i think i figured it out, so on the dashbored were you have your 3 mining addresses they just gave you one that didnt work, so try one of the other 2 you didnt select, if the issue continues there is a link underneath the addresses on the dashbored that directs you to a page that shows you haw to run diagnostics and find the problem.

@@mihailgramozi4913 just because you can mine bitcoins with any machine that supports the cpu/gpu calculations for the algorithm, it doesn't mean you gonna earn enough money to justify the amount of money you gonna pay for the kwh you spend with that machine 24/7, mining with a m1 is not profitable by any means, bitcoin, ethereum, etc. is not profitable, unless you're playing the future proof play

You can gain a little profit I don’t pay for electricity and the tiny amount of BTC yess but I just send it to one of my trading bots and in a week they will turn £10 in to £19. The continuing mining of tiny bits put back in the bot both working to mine and trade 247 does add up. No your not going to be come a millionaire but a few thousand extra a year yess it is very profitable
this is not safe, not using an official app, but rather an app form an unknown developer, u shouldn't give it access to your account

All set up exactly the same. It’s Detecting new blocks on BFG miner but no data on BTC ? Please help?
It takes normally 30 minutes to see the data. it might be BFG Miner that updates once in a while or it's BTC, I'm not too sure.

Someone post a similar video and you can only get around $12 per month with and M1. It is simply not the right tool. It cost 2.5k it will take you 17 years to pay off. Was he correct?

This is a bad idea your macbook which is already expensive will burn out in no time.
The M1 chipset doesn't run hot while mining. You are thinking of the previous gen.

my friend has a 3080 overclocked, and is getting about 40 bucks a day. thats not bad really. 1200 a month for just sitting there and doing nothing. plus. its only about 5 bucks in electric a month extra. definitely worth it. the reason why people aren't doing it in flocks, is simple. they have no idea what it is, they have no idea what a blockchain is, and most importantly, many don't have a thousands bucks or so to blow on a computer.
