In my case ....I also got a JOB IN JAPAN in just one interview without any technical skills 😳 NOW I WILL GOTO JAPAN NEXT MONTH.🥰I'm 20yr old and i also studied japanese in India only it's been 3yr when i started learning japanese.
I am working in Japan for about a year now and I would say from my experience (and of some of my acquaintances) that yes you can survive without knowing the language, especially in large cities. Yes its not ideal and the social aspect is surely affected by the language barrier but its fine if you have the right mindset.
i would like to know which job r u doing. especially as a software engineer how is the work life balance and if u know any company that helps us to go to japan as a software engineer. PLS
@@saiyaswanth5492 Please read full before making any decision to join an IT firm in japan. Firstly, this is not against the views expressed in the video, but I don't agree to most of the things said. I am working in IT industry from past fifteen years (mostly India and Sweden) and I can say couple of things: Most of the views provided below are true for fortune 500 or international banks. 1) Interview: It's much much tougher in India. It ranges from easiest interview ranging of 4 rounds(2 technical, 1 fitment or managerial and 1 HR) to 6-11 rounds (1 aptitude, 1 coding round with passing test cases, 2-5 technical rounds, managerial and HR round). Of course 11 rounds is too much and it might have happened just once for me. But six rounds or more are common for big banks. Sweden: Interviews can be as lenient as chit chatting. But typically an aptitude round, 1 fitment round and one hr. This can vary but generally very light. Japan: We have to go by what she says. 2 technical, 1 fitment and 1 HR. Makes me feel that getting into Japanese's IT companies is easier. Also what I have heard in Japan the technical questions are way easy. In India you are literally suppose to know in and out of java. At least collections/multi-threading/memory management/design patterns/Frameworks like Spring/hibernate and so on. It's a nightmare at times. Of course one needs to learn the language (Japanese). Again hats off to her to do it in such a young age. I might not have taken that step myself and chickened out, unless I was sent there via Indian IT companies. 2) Process: what she is calling process is actually unwanted rules. Let me explain. So coming to office before time, leaving the office after time is not called following process. It is called in our terms, 'Dhikawa'. I can sit from 8 in the morning, till 8th in the evening and do less work then a person working for one hour. This makes no sense. And this is not a process. Process is something that is used to ensure that you don't miss anything or something that facilitates in providing good quality deliverable. Like the example he used, a person can sell 100 vada pavs in 1 hour and someone 10 vada pavs in 10 hours. Whom will you choose? And this does not necessarily mean that the person who sold 100 didn't follow the process. Like for example, put chutney in the pav, put some onions, wrap it up properly and so on. Of course this process is very simple and wont require a checklist but just saying. And whoever has worked in fortune 500 companies and banks in India will admit that there are way too much process than it should be. We feel even that is not required. I have worked in companies where you have to request access to stack overflow and google. I have no idea how a developer will survive without it. Your daily in and out is monitored for better tracking. Checklist for every damn thing lols. So I don't feel its even remotely true. Might be for some local small companies in India. Also remember most of the Indian companies will have foreign clients. So they will have to showcase processes like six sigma and so on. 3) Japanese projects: In my first company some of my fiends had got Japanese projects and all the variables and definitions were in Japanese. They had to learn level one or something to continue in the project. And many wanted to leave it not because of language barrier, but some unwanted rules. Like sitting even if work is done. I will suffocate in a place where I cannot leave if my work is done. Of course, you will say if work is done take another job. But psychologically, ppl will rather stretch the work in hand. Second, their superiors demand unwanted respect. Like you are not suppose to say no to your superiors. Doesn't matter what. In most of the Indian companies I have worked, I had to face that very little or minimum(next to nil in many companies). I have never called any of my managers sir and most of them are really very friendly. Again I have worked in only fortune 500 or with international banks. So her experience can be different if it's local.
I am 23 and am looking for a web development job in Japan hope the launguage requirement is not too strict I have just recently started learning so i am not very confident with my Japanese but i do know some words.
I have a question. When studying IT related subjects in vocational school, for example, IT Business, programming, etc., are kanji used a lot? please answer it bro .
Hello abubakkar , kanji bol sakte ho toh nice but utna used nhi hota usse acha N3 tak sikhlo or new words or fluently bolne ki practice sikhlo toh acha rahega...

Process following also good in India. Japanese are workaholic . But Indians are hardworking that' why demand all over word. Safety perspective Japan is very good no doubt. But loneliness is horrible. No digitization in Japan. For simple things many documentation . Japanese people are good cooperative but no social life. Your neighbours will never talk to you.

No as a business perspective work from home is the real deal in business u save , electricity and other amenities in offices , and it save tons of money, and a worker can work more like 1.2x when he's in home indirectly helping the comp, so they dont support u r supporting them more than expected
