U should focus more on cpu(i5 10th-14th) and for gpu the least is 4gb vram and its much preferable to get 6gb-8gb vram

It is possible but I'll require some intermediate knowledge of Fusion. All you have to do is to change the resolution of the Background node in the Image section.
