"Unlisted" means that only people who know the link to the video can view it (such as friends or family to whom you send the link). An unlisted video will not appear in any of UA-cam's public spaces (such as search results, your channel, or the Browse page). The channel can comment before they are officially listed. Or even people who find unlisted videos can comment. So, when the channel officially releases the video, the people who had commented before, their comments won't get deleted right... so it's showing 6 hrs ago.
