they either didn’t read the constellation or just lazy because you have to crash into other players to give them shield lol. but co-op using kirara is very fun i love just running around in cat form trying to give everyone on the team a shield
Kirara has to use her press skill and run in to other players to give shields and this player was mostly using tap skill for I assume a shorter cool down. She has 100% uptime on the tap skill but varied uptime on the pressed skill based on how long she's in cat box mode.
I spend most co op playing whomever because it's usually a bunch of us endgame players who don't have much trouble clearing stuff even with under powered units. Recently I was doing blizzard strayer domain and was paired with "just hit world level 8 players" and they were all so under powered that the best option was for me to bring an over powered healer instead of a dps (because if I was a dps I got all the aggro and even the best dogger can get one shot by a lawachurl and lag)
Thr problem is that her coop shield only deploys when she is near other players, it's like how kuki only heals other players when you are near her. It's infuriating so sometimes you just don't bother.
Kirara C2 and Layla C1or2(I couldn’t rmb ToT) can give shield to teammates although there’s range limit, y’all have to be near those characters to get shield, unlike Zhongli’s C2 which will gives you shield as long as you stay in the same domain.
@@DefinitelyNotAFerret Both kirara and layla technically have 100% uptime to with their shields because they have the same duration as their cooldowns. Zhongli’s shield last longer then then his cooldown which is by all means better, but its easier to obtain a c1 layla or a c2 kirara compared to a c2 zhongli. Those three characters are the only one with 100% uptime. The rest don’t last as long which sucks when your shield doesn’t last through a whole rotation
@@Aeron428 When I say 100% of his shield, I mean the value of that shield. Like, if Zhongli shields for 10k, he gives a 10k shield to everyone. But if Layla shields for 10k, her teammates will only get 3500 and for Kirara, only 4000, though you're still right that Kirara and Layla constellations are by far _way_ more accessible to the average player
You need a certain constelation of kirara in order to make her as a dps The constellation effect description I am mentioning was when kirara or teammate successfully hits opponents using a normal,charge or plunge attack while protected by kirara's shield,it drop a mini urgent neko parcel that deals 200% of its damage as dendro dmg,this may occur every 3.8 seconds this counts as elemental burst
@@heyheyheizou i just tried it out and it works..., i did it on storm terror's domain with solo rosaria, and surprisingly u can raise talent and character lvl too lol, but yeah can't change weapon and artifact
It’s hard to use her to shield other players, you have to be pretty much standing on top of each other for it to work. They spent most of the domain too scattered for her to shield the others

Isn't Kirara must be near the other player when she cast shield?
She has to use her hold skill and then bump into them while in cat box" mode.
