for me this is the cinderella sequel that made me love Cinderella, she is determined and willing to do whatever to get happily ever after a that's inspiring that's what young girls need to see.
I love the message of this movie, especially of this song in particular. Cinderella has hoped and dreamed and sometimes, that can be enough. Being that good of a person does build up some good karma, but sometimes it's not enough. That's when you go and MAKE your dreams happen. And Cinderella is my favorite Classical Era princess because of this.
"If there's any chance to set things right I've got to try" "There's a better life that's waiting past the mountains I must climb" Great lessons for young children, keep working towards your goals, hopes and dreams and no matter what you WILL have to climb over mountains and troubles, but even if there's just a slight chance of happiness you gotta work past it and reach your own 'once upon a time' no matter what that might be for you.
i don’t think cinderella III got the recognition it needed. this song especially. cinderella was so independent and she showed everyone in the comments for sure and myself included that anything is possible. it can be so much more than a dream. she believed in herself and worked her hardest, trusting her heart. she’s my favorite disney princess because of this movie. anastasia as well had changed and learned that she needed to love someone who loved her for her. she can’t feel like she should be this other person and she can’t come in the way between true love. which is also really something now we need to look at and think about.
The fact that she kept fighting despite the very magic that help her now work against her is even more inspiring. She may not have ice power nor sister like Elsa, but she never gave up

I've always hated ppl saying that Cinderella is weak, and she didn't stand up for herself, but imagine you being obligated to live the way she did and be treated the way she was, that's a hand full of reasons for you to get depressed AF. But she never lost hope, she was always positive and faithful to her beliefs, and when her dreams got shattered by her stepmom, she went out and made them happen, no matter what it cost her 💙

I honestly prefer the original Cinderella: she earned her happily ever after by simply being her sweet, humble self instead of having to become a cliche female protagonist. There was so much strength of a different kind in her before they took it to an exaggerated sense here! That, and this plot was just so dark and twisted...it didn't quite fit with the simple classic feel of the characters. As it's own original story, it would have been much better. Great, in fact! As a sequel, it just seemed too much like a cheesy fanfiction. Sorry to those who thought it was a perfect masterpiece, but that's my analysis.
