UP to Haryana- Fabulous & Excellant
Punjab & Jharkhand- Very Good
West Bengal- Average rather Sightly below average
Bihar- Not just below average rather bad
J & K- Jammu is average
J & K - Udhampur , Kashmir & Ladhakh Below Average & very risky. They are not like Himachal where we can have 4 lane in hill area & Tunnel Upto Manali & Rotang.
