Someone can decide to hide their character during dating and after marriage you will see their true colors. I have experience dating my ex for four years but after marriage he totally changed. The marriage did not last UpTo a year and we are divorced. But when my husband meet me we did not date and one month after we meet, he married me and the marriage have lasted three years and still counting. May God help us when we are about to choose our life partners because marriage is like a sealed bag and when you buy yours and open it what you see inside determines if it's good or not.

Sorry dear for your pain. Iam not very sure about your situation but i know most women stay in abusive relationships because they are financially dependent on their abusers.
