Hi, I have two questions. Can I use it just without filter ? I mean if I remove the filter out from the bottle, then can I use it ? I think straw is shorter. My Second Question is that can I use it without filter & straw everything. I am asking this because I only use Nestle water but I like this Bottle.

So do you ever have to wash the actual bottle? Like throwing it in the dishwasher? Or no, since it cleans itself?

Yes it's still recommended to wash it from time to time! I usually just wash the lip since that's where most germs are!
