The floor plan on this house is great, but the finishing is very wanting, especially after seeing the Machakos and Tilisi houses. Great content 👍
The pantry should have a sliding door. Makes for that seamless look. That laundry extension looks funny. The house is too big to lack a structured laundry space. I love the staircase. It’s unique. The upper level cabinets in the master bedroom, not so much. They look hideous. For all the shots I’ve been taking for the natural lighting, the skylight window knocked me out 😂
This is well thought out and very good feedback. I thought the same about that laundry space, just couldn’t say it on video. They took the open spaces too far 😅 but overall, it’s still a fair listing. 😂 we are glad to know the sky light knocked you out.
Comparing this and the Machakos one.. I choose the Machakos one.. The finishing and design is wanting alot on this one!
The finishing is not impressive, if the pricing was like 15m then sawa but that is too high for such finishing

Love the brick cladding and the wooden floors. Yes choice of paint for the person buying makes sense. They can put a barn door to separate the kitchen/pantry/laundry area. Beautiful bathrooms well done finishes. I love rustic/country set ups . Developer giving a client options is key! . Nice big bay windows plenty of natural sunlight would definitely add solar panels. The house in machakos had better finishes for much less both are comparable !. Really nice .
This is very conclusive Angela. I like the barn door idea. For this house, whoever buys it, will be wise to come with their own interior contractor and redo some of those finishings, the idea was there and if well polished, it will come out nicely.

Hi Mansa .... another great listing all the way in Juja South .... Wow beautiful!! ... as of the cladding in the kitchen where the cooking top will be, I would change it. And this is why, it will be difficult to clean coz any cooking spillage, steam or smoke can be easily be absorbed by the cladding, I would rather have a ceramic back splash. For the pantry, I would rather have that space enclosed with the same concept as the living/dining glass doors, and of course ... without the tint 😀.

The machakos one had awesome craftsmanship, clean and finished well. This one Weuh if this is the show house they need to clean some of the paint etc…… this one fell short . The finishing is terrible.
It could have been done better for sure.
Mr. mansa the house looks fly but for so much cross-talk with interior elevations. When you have too much cross-talk, unfinished edges pop which in turn undo symmetry and continuity such that the workmanship looks subpar. I like the innovation of a high skylight but for maintenance and wear over time? Kenya real estate has yet to catch up in terms of floor plan design... functional floor plans are yet to enter the Kenyan market. Functional floor plans will reduce wasted spaces and eradicate the need of installing the eyesore bathroom vanities in common areas of the home. Lastly the bathroom tiling... is where everything falls apart. When quick pitch technology enters Kenya, I am sure bathroom floor tiling will improve as well as use of tile impregnators for sealing tiles. Until then, Kenyan bathrooms will continue to look like jigsaw puzzles for a while.
This is very thoughtful feedback Taucetus. On matters implementation and even design, a lot of people are lagging behind, but I have seen some who are are doing a very good job.
nice features seems really the architect had designed well. but the implementation is quite average, from the quality of materials to the workmanship.

The entry glass folding doors are very nice opening to the living room but how safe is the area,? the cooker place is missing a ventilation hood
They are very nice. It’s a safe gated community. The hood would definitely be a good plus.

No sir..............the staircase railing is not too safe for kids. that configuration tends to be somewhat a ladder making it unsafe for adventurous kids.
i feel like the huge doors would be better when the wall is entirely fenced

Such a beautiful house, but it needs a few touches here and there especially the bathrooms, i feel much can be done. the tiling is terrible. that laundry area is an eyesore. Great Effort though.
