- I've bought a new carp fishing shelter for overnight carp fishing, the Trakker Tempest Brolly 100. This is my first look at it and I set it up straight out of the box. I also fit in my bedchair and fishing chair to see how much space is left for luggage. I also give the fishing umbrella a full measure with a tape measure so you can decide if it's right for you. I like personally love it.

I have a 60 " corus bivvy brolly plenty space. Light wait to carry 2 storm poles and a ground sheet. £109
Got rid of my 100 brolly. Im 5,11 and its too low for me. I changed to the 100 T. Best thing i ever done.
Now ya tell me! I think I'm ok with the one I've got. Used a few times. I'm 5' 9. A friend bought the Aquatexx 100 brolly, 400 odd... now on about adding more money... buying the bivvy, then he looking at the 150, then the 200... where do you stop. I'm happy with mine.
Could be getting that now as well. Or the fox frontier. Undecided but for a night or 2 max think the brolly is the way to go. Thx.
Great video thanks for all the info cant wait to get some cash looks so simple to put up and the size packed away 110cm 3ft 7 inches and 5.5kg 12lb 2oz the cheapest one ive seen is £204 pound so look around for a bargain tight lines.
Used it a few times now and great for a day or maybe 1 night. You may want to look at the 'T' model. These are a little low. Ok though and I'll be keeping for sudden rainfall or a night. So easy to put up. Thanks for watching.

Lol. Maybe I should update in comments..stop press, I've sold the tempest 100 for nash titan hide pro xl. Nice and high. Though friend has the 100T, and yes, lot better. These 100s are too low! They'll be co's on tv, ' did you own a tempest 100 between 2020 and 2024. Let us put a claim in for you. No win, no fee'!

Ypu have wasted your money big time its rubbish materials the poles brake all the time the elastic will snap in a couple of weeks
Well I don't think so. Have to wait and see. I've had chub bivvy, sonik brolly and trakker. Been camping for years and never broken a pole or elastic yet. It feels pretty good to me. I'll update this reply on 08/11/22. Plenty of time to test. I'll let you know how and if it's held up. Thank you.
@@Life_of_John if you go on ebay mate there is upgrade parts for the joints am talking from experience mate had 2 tempests they all broke in the same place started with the poles then the boss if you look at reviews of these on UA-cam everyone says the same thing the Cyprinus is just as good loads cheaper if you want vapour shield or skull caps Cyprinus is the best place the material are better its the aquatex that is the best you can get the 210d polyester is the cheapest to use trakker only pay 78 pound for the whole thing from the manufacturer then take the door and groundsheet out and sell them separately
@@aarondavies8486 Aquatex is the better material. But I'm not paying 400 for a brolly. I'll keep in mind what you've said and as I say , update my review. Tbh, I've not seen many trakker brolly reviews moaning about them. Mainly new unboxing ones. If it goes wrong, I'll be doing another video lol cheers
@@aarondavies8486 Regarding the cost, you'll probably find most co buy cheap and add on a profit. It's a business. All carp gear is massively over priced.
