جب سے نیا قانون بنا ھے بیٹیوں کو وراثت سے حصہ دو میرے ابا نے ساری جائیداد بطور گفت بیٹوں میں تقسیم کر دی جب چھوتی تھی تو تعلیم سے محروم رکھا پہلے کھانا بھائی کو ملتا پھر ہمیں جب کہ گھر میں میں بڑی تھی ابا گھر میں آتے تو ہمیں ایک کمرے میں رہنے کا کہا جاتا کبھی باپ سے پیار نہیں ملا جب شادی کی باری آئی تو اچھا رشتہ نہ ملا جو بھی آتا تعلیم کا سوال کرتا پھر ایک غریب گھرانے میں میری شادی کر دی گئی جو ایک کرایے کے مکان میں رہتے تھے اب جائیداد کی باری آئی تو محروم کر دیا گیا جب کے میرا باپ ایک امیر آدمی ھے کبھی ٹیکس نہیں دیتے میرے بھائی ابھی سےامیر آدمی ھے جب کہ وہ ابھی کمانے کے قابل نہیں میرا باپ بیٹیوں کے ساتھ ایسا کیوں کرتا ھے جب بھی سوال کیا تو ماں نے کہا بیٹی یہ نہیں کرتی یہ نہیں کرتی جائیداد کی بات کی تو کہاں بیٹی کوئی کماتی ھے اب ہم کیا کرے کیس کے پاس جاؤ جب میں اپنی بیٹی کو دیکھتی ھو تو دل خوش ھو جاتاہے اپنےباپ کے ساتھ جب وہ کھیلتی ھے تکلیف ھوتی ھے آپنا بچپن دیکھ کر ہم نے کسی زندگی گزاری اب مجھے مرنا ہے مگر اپنے باپ کو بتایا کر کی بیٹی اللہ کی رحمت ہو تی ھے مجھے بتایا جائے میں کیا کرو آبا کو کیسے سبق آیے کیس عدالت میں جاؤ کوئی ارادہ ہے جو میری مدد کرے آپ میری رہنمائی فرمائیں کیسی
کوئی میری مدد کر تیار نہیں وکیل سے بات کی تو وہ کہتا ہے باپ وارث ھے جیسے چاھے دے
مخلص استاد کا رتبہ ایک ولی کے برابر ہوتا ہے، ہمیں آ پ کے ایک ویڈیو لیکچر سننے سے بہت کچھ سیکھنے کو ملتا ہے، اتنا تو courts میں سیکھنے کو نہیں ملتا اللہ تعالیٰ آ پ کو خوش رکھے آمین

sir i have question... in practice tril court take application when some evidence are recorded.... there is no such practice when someone acquit before evidence on basis of application 249a...?
