Start by googling Chumash...can be a 3 vs 3 or 4 vs 4 variation. Make a DIY goal, then finds some friends and get some quality starter sticks. Start with a non contact / spin ball version ( player with possession does not advance...think pivot in basketball. ) Do not guard the player with possession of the ball. They are looking to feed teammates without anyone in their face. They do however have a 5-6 second stalling rule in which they must pass or shoot. These are simplified rules to help develop basic skills. Over time as skills improve and a larger player pool develops, one can add equipment then progressions of contact. Don’t let lack of or bias of an organization limit you. Begin a grassroots passion now and fill in the other considerations later. Get some sticks with some friends, start with a soft practice or bean bag ball and start the fun. Evolve the small sided games as you like. Keep well and have fun...
