Poor little boy, he was scared, sad, tired, hungry, thirsty, lonely, lost.
Some people are so cruel, those people need to be punish for animal abuse and abandonment. Gosha seem very happy in the car on the way to getting acquainted with possibly his furever family, that will love him unconditionally as he will them. Thank you for rescuing Gosha, god bless.

I used to live in the Washington, DC area and lovely little dogs like this were adopted instantly. I adopted another little, somewhat feisty, chi mix at the Human Shelter, saw it online, left work early and barely arrived in time to adopt. There were dozens of families scheduled after me. "whew"! I hope this sweetie went into a good home :) Thank you for rescuing!
